Will the ship time be different from the shore time?

Depending on the port where you boarded the ship time may differ from the port time. We use Eastern Standard time in St. Lucia.

Will I get back to my ship ahead of its departure?

All of our excursions are less than 5 hours long and have a return to ship guarantee.

What happens if the ship leaves before I get back?

If for some far-fetched reason your ship leaves before we have time return you to the port , we will make arrangements to get you to the next port of call that your ship is going to.

I have disabilities, can I travel with you?

Passengers with reduced mobility and using a manual wheelchair are more than welcome to join our excursions and ask that you see our page on Wheelchair Transportation. We also ask that you contact reservations 24 hours in advance for confirmation and to provide any additional information that may be required to cater to your needs.

I am a senior, are the excursions going to be tough for me?

Most of the tours require short to medium walks, if longer walks are required it will be mentioned in the tour description. We recommend that you find a tour suitable to your needs. Please read the tour descriptions for further information on each tour.

Is there a smoking policy?

Smoking is strictly prohibited on all Evergreen Tours buses/coaches.

What type of vehicle will be used on the excursion?

Our extensive fleet features cars, mini vans, mini buses and coaches, suitable for our terrain and can comfortably seat between 2 – 40 persons. Regular maintenance and upkeep ensure the quality of the vehicles combined with skilled drivers enhance safety for all passengers.

What should I wear?

Cool, light clothing should be worn accompanied by sturdy, comfortable shoes.

What is included on my excursion?

All entrance fees to parks, sites or exhibitions are included unless otherwise stated in the tour description.

Do I need to bring my passport?

Your passport is not a requirement; however, it is advised that if you are going to make duty free purchases, your ship identification card or a printed copy of your passport is required in order to pay no taxes.

Are the prices fixed?

Tours and services pricing are subject to fluctuation and may vary according to when you may have booked.

Can bookings be made for large groups of people?

Bookings for groups can be done using our online booking system. Evergreen Tours can also organize and tailor make tours for private groups by special request. Contact us at reservations@evergreenstlucia.com with your request.

What is your refund policy?

Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to departure without penalty. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to departure will be charged up to half the priceof the excursion. Evergreen Tours reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables without prior notice, should the necessity arise. No liability is accepted for losses or expenses due to delays or changes of arrival or departure of flights or other services, injury, sickness, accident, strikes, damage, negligence, weather, war or other causes outside the control of Evergreen Tours. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the traveller.

All cancellations should be in writing.

Can I change my booking? Or choose a different excursion?

If you booked directly through Evergreen Tours, either online or over the phone, you can always change your booking. Just make sure you do it in time (no less than 5 days prior), so pick up information can be changed. To change your booking contact us via e-mail, reservations@evergreenstlucia.com or via telephone (758) 724 3333. Please have all the necessary information at hand, including your confirmation / booking number.

If you booked through another travel agent or tour operator you have to make the changes through that agency and follow the terms set by them.

Do I need a printed Voucher?

It is recommended that you print out your confirmation and bring it with you on paper for your tour. That helps us prevent delays and service you sooner, once you arrive for your tour.
